Eat More, And Jack Your Fat-Burning Sky-High
If you’re looking for a way to jack your fat-burning sky-high, here’s a great tip for you: focus on single ingredient meals, especially after 6:00pm.

Interesting post.. What about cabbages ? i was looking into cabbage diets have you tried it?
Celery is mostly water; it is a great thing to eat to fill your stomach and has pretty much no calories. peanut butter on celery can add in some protein. good natural pb, not sugary kid’s kinds. =)
