Dr. Michael Marino, our family practioner in California began this so-called fab viral online diet. It’s mainly a high protein diet, low carbs, low fat. So, there’s nothing new about it, except what Marino says is, every 17 days he’ll switch up the ratios of the protein, carbs and fat in the diet to keep your metabolism activated.
