Ok, i’m in a group of people who are fighting whole life with a fat, the other day i was surfing trying to find “final’ solution i was a bit shocked by dr.Suzane Gu…something, having some unbelievable claims about weight loss at http://overweightexposed.com so i was wondering if i should get that?be aware if you go to this site you will be atleast- scared.Anyway this is my, hopefully, last FAT year.

    i could say also is important increase the level of fiber like green vegetables and antioxidant like blue berries and red wine(resveratrol) to improve the overall health
